Track Site Changes

I wanted to track when a bunch of sites changed and have the notifications be an RSS feed. A quick search didn't turn up anything so I wrote site_changes.py

It's intended to be run from cron. It ain't pretty but it works just fine for tracking some comics I read that don't have their own RSS feeds.
