Dammit Gym, I'm A SysAdmin Not An Athlete

A month or so ago I bought a block of 10 sessions with a personal trainer for the gym at work. My plan was to go to the gym twice a week, go windsurfing at lunch on Wednesdays and try to fit in a bike ride on the weekends.

I used up my last gym session today, I've done 4 ~30mile bike rides and I've gone windsurfing 4 times (I can tack and jibe!).

I feel pretty good. I don't want to die after a gym session anymore and I've noticed the increased strength day to day. My chiropractor has remarked that my back is behaving itself more and I'm sleeping better.

This "exercise" thing is not so bad, who'd have thought ;)
